Description:
A leading medical center in Al Ain is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to lead and support its nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional with strong leadership capabilities, clinical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining excellence in patient services.
The successful candidate will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, support staff development initiatives, and promote a culture of patient safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations and clinical activities
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards
• Support nursing staff through coaching, training, and performance management
• Promote patient safety initiatives and continuous quality improvement programs
• Monitor patient care delivery and ensure high standards of clinical practice
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Assist in workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is preferred
• Valid nursing license or eligibility in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a healthcare environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
