REQUIREMENT:
- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Farm Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in farm operations management.
- Strong knowledge of crop and/or livestock production practices.
- Experience in budgeting, inventory control, and resource management.
- Ability to supervise and motivate farm staff.
- Good record-keeping, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and farm management software is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
