Description:
DXB Marine is seeking a reliable and experienced Swimming Pool Attendant to join its team. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in swimming pool operations, maintenance, and safety management who are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring pool conditions, performing routine maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates with a valid UAE Driving License and strong practical experience in pool maintenance are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor swimming pool facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper operation
• Conduct routine inspections of swimming pool equipment and surrounding areas
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of pool systems
• Maintain water quality through regular testing and monitoring
• Ensure compliance with pool safety standards and operational procedures
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs when required
• Assist guests and respond professionally to inquiries and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and safety checks
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in swimming pool maintenance or related roles
• Overall 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance, cleaning, and safety procedures
• Ability to perform routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
