Description:
Datum General Contracting L.L.C. is expanding its workforce for an upcoming civil construction project in Dubai and is seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join its growing team. The company is currently recruiting for several technical and engineering positions across project execution, planning, quality assurance, documentation, and quantity surveying functions.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong UAE construction experience who possess excellent coordination skills and a solid understanding of local regulations and authority requirements. Professionals capable of managing multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced project environment will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage duties and responsibilities related to the assigned position
• Coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities
• Maintain accurate records, technical documentation, and project-related reports
• Assist in delivering project objectives within required timelines and quality standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification related to the position
• 5–10 years of UAE experience within the civil construction sector
• Strong understanding of Dubai regulations, standards, and authority requirements
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
