Description:
Commonwealth Migration Group (CMG) is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to join its on-site team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys interacting with people, creating positive first impressions, and contributing to smooth day-to-day office operations.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the successful candidate will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting administrative and office coordination activities. Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Coordinate daily front desk and office operations
• Assist with visitor management and appointment scheduling
• Maintain organized records and administrative documentation
• Support internal office coordination and communication activities
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all visitors and clients
