Description:
BRG is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist (Legal) to join its Corporate Billing Department in the United States. The role is focused on managing full-charge client billing operations within a fast-paced professional services environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling client contract reviews, invoice generation, WIP analysis, and billing documentation in accordance with contractual terms. The position requires strong accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple billing assignments simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review client contracts and set up billing matters upon case activation
• Generate and process client invoices for various billing arrangements
• Track, follow up, and report on billing assignments and progress
• Perform data entry and invoice customization according to contract terms
• Conduct WIP analysis and reporting
• Support billing staff and assist in process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of full-charge billing experience in legal or professional services
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10-key systems
• Experience with Workday or Elite 3E (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Strong knowledge of:
• Legal billing and e-billing systems
• Contract-based invoice processing
• WIP analysis and financial reporting
