Description:
Nama for Building Contracting Co. LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Land Surveyor to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong field surveying experience and a passion for precision in construction and infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out surveying activities, setting out construction works, and ensuring accuracy throughout project execution. The role requires close coordination with engineers, site teams, and relevant authorities to support successful project delivery.
Candidates with extensive UAE or GCC construction experience and expertise in modern surveying equipment and software are encouraged to apply. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of construction and infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set out building layouts, roads, and infrastructure projects
• Conduct topographic and boundary surveys
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams on surveying requirements
• Liaise with Dubai Municipality and relevant authorities
• Prepare survey reports and as-built drawings
• Ensure accuracy of survey data and site measurements
• Support construction activities through precise surveying and layout work
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE / GCC construction projects
• Proficiency in Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Level equipment
• Strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills
• Knowledge of UAE authority survey standards and coordinate systems
• Experience in setting out, as-built drawings, and topographic surveys
• Strong knowledge of:
• Construction surveying and site setting out
• UAE survey standards and coordinate systems
• AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying instrument
