We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing real estate team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, generating sales opportunities, managing property portfolios, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the property buying, selling, and leasing process.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions
- Handle property sales and leasing inquiries professionally
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
- Keep updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the transaction process
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closing procedures
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, relationship management, or client servicing in the UAE
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Multilingual candidates are an added advantage
