Description:

DejaVu Dubai Restaurant & Cafe is looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Cashier to join its dynamic hospitality team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling cashiering duties in a restaurant or café environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service setting.

This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in handling payments, and excellent communication skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth billing operations while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently

• Handle cash, card, and digital transactions securely

• Maintain proper records of all daily transactions

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

• Assist with daily cashiering reports and closing duties

• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth billing operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cashier in restaurant or hospitality industry

• Strong communication skills in English

• Good customer service and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of POS systems

• Experience with Omega POS software is an advantage

• Strong mathematical and cash-handling abilities

• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented personality
