Yamanote Atelier Restaurant is looking for an Assistant Cost Controller who is available to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in controlling Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
2. Support the implementation of food and beverage control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
3. Assist in monitoring activities related to purchasing, receiving, storage, issuing procedures, menu planning, production, portion control, pricing, and inventories.
4. Help maintain proper food and beverage cost control systems to support profitability while maintaining quality and service standards.
5. Assist in checking the cost of sales in all outlets and ensure costs remain within budget.
6. Prepare daily and monthly reports related to food and beverage cost trends for management review.
7. Assist in conducting surprise spot checks at outlets and stores.
8. Support checking of receiving procedures to ensure goods are properly weighed and inspected for quality.
9. Ensure that materials are not issued from stores without proper requisition or approval from the respective department head.
10. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Job Qualifications and Experience:
* 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
* Can join immediately
* Preferably Male

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
