Description:
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing organization in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing finance and accounting operations while ensuring compliance with local regulations and international financial reporting standards.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with extensive UAE market experience and a strong background in financial planning, reporting, taxation, and operational finance. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting business objectives, and providing strategic financial insights to management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the company’s finance and accounting operations
• Prepare and oversee financial reports in compliance with IFRS standards
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Monitor and optimize cash flow management processes
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting
• Coordinate with auditors, stakeholders, and management on financial matters
• Oversee ERP system utilization and financial data management
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of relevant UAE finance and accounting experience
• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of IFRS standards and financial reporting requirements
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow operations
• Big Four experience is preferred
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of:
• IFRS and financial reporting standards
• UAE VAT regulations
• UAE Corporate Tax regulations
• ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cash flow management
