Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:

Hold relevant academic qualifications (PhD for Professor, Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer; Master’s/PhD for Lecturer).

Have prior experience in university teaching, legal research, curriculum development, and academic publication.

Be familiar with legal education standards, accreditation requirements, and competency‑based teaching approaches.

Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with ANU’s mission as a Christian university affiliated with the Church of the Nazarene.

Senior academic roles require a strong publication record, mentorship capability, and departmental leadership.

Lecturer roles require teaching delivery, research engagement, and student support.
