Role‑specific expectations:
Lecturers / Research Fellows: Teach, supervise, and conduct research in specialized fields.
Registrar (Admin & HR): Oversee human resource management, administration, and institutional governance.
Clinical Instructor / Technologist III (Nursing): Support clinical training and practical instruction for nursing students.
Driver I: Provide safe and efficient transport services for university operations.
