EL SEWEDY INDUSTRIES is seeking a skilled and motivated Accountant specializing in Tax, VAT, and Audit functions to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals who possess strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations and practical experience in financial compliance and reporting.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting accounting operations, ensuring compliance with VAT and tax requirements, assisting with audits, and contributing to accurate financial reporting. Candidates with strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting activities related to tax compliance and financial reporting.
• Prepare and submit VAT filings in accordance with UAE regulations and deadlines.
• Assist with tax reporting and ensure compliance with applicable tax requirements.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and financial information.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial data.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting management with financial analysis.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support financial operations and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of accounting experience within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and tax compliance requirements.
• Experience with VAT filing and tax reporting processes.
• Experience handling both internal and external audits.
• Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
