About the Assignment:
- The firm is migrating to Microsoft SharePoint and requires expert support to design, implement, and operationalize a proper document management system with strong governance and user adoption.
Key Scope of Work:
- Review current document and filing systems
- Design a tailored SharePoint architecture
- Oversee or execute migration of files and folders
- Develop document management SOPs and governance framework
- Train staff and support adoption and change management
Ideal Consultant:
- Proven experience with SharePoint administration and configuration
- Experience migrating systems (e.g., Google Drive to SharePoint)
- Strong knowledge of information governance and records management
- Ability to design practical, user-friendly systems
- Strong change management and training skills
