Description:

A growing organization in the Interior Fit-Out sector is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to company growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the client base, developing strong business relationships, and supporting sales initiatives across the Interior Fit-Out market. The role requires excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Interior Fit-Out industry.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Generate leads and convert opportunities into successful business partnerships.

• Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote company services.

• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract discussions.

• Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall business growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Experience in Sales or Business Development within the Interior Fit-Out industry is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Valid UAE driving license is required.

• Ability to identify market opportunities and develop new business prospects.

• Strong client management and networking abilities.

• Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage.
