Description:
An excellent opportunity is available for a qualified Finance Controller to join a growing organization in Ajman, UAE. This role is suited for finance professionals seeking to further develop their careers while contributing to key financial and reporting functions within the business.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. Candidates with experience in Big 4 firms or professional services environments will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure financial records are maintained accurately.
• Prepare and review financial reports and management information.
• Monitor financial performance and provide analytical insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Support financial controls and reporting processes across the organization.
Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Around 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong accounting, financial reporting, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Big 4 firms or professional services organizations is preferred.
• UAE experience is not required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
