Job Title: Experienced Waiter / Order Taker
Location: Times Square Center, Dubai
Industry: Café & Burger Restaurant
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Waiter / Order Taker to join our growing café and burger house located in Times Square Center, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
* Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
* Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-presented.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
* Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter, Order Taker, or similar role in a café, restaurant, or fast-casual dining environment.
* Experience using POS systems.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Good grooming and professional appearance.
* English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
* Must be currently available in the UAE.
