Description:

Business Link is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead its sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the UAE business setup and corporate formation industry, along with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage high-performing sales teams.

This role requires a strategic leader who can convert leads into business opportunities, mentor sales advisors, and ensure smooth execution of client onboarding processes across UAE Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions. The position is well-suited for professionals who thrive in competitive, target-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets

• Oversee client consultation processes for UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth

• Mentor, train, and support sales advisors to improve performance

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in the UAE business setup industry

• Proven experience in managing and scaling a sales team

• Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and company formation procedures

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

• Target-driven mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of:
