Description:
OME Real Estate is expanding its operations and is seeking an experienced Team Leader / Sales Manager to build, manage, and lead a high-performing real estate sales team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for ambitious professionals with a proven track record in real estate leadership and a passion for driving team success in a competitive property market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales activities, mentoring team members, developing business opportunities, and maximizing revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a high-performing real estate sales team
• Recruit, mentor, and develop team members to achieve sales targets
• Drive property sales and business development activities
• Support team members throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
• Develop sales strategies to increase market presence and revenue
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
• Ensure exceptional customer service and professional standards across the team
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Sales Manager within the Dubai real estate market
• Ability to join with a team of at least 3 members
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Fluency in English is required
• Turkish language proficiency is a strong advantage
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Strong knowledge of:
