Description:
3X Capital Real Estate is seeking experienced and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join its expanding team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who have a strong understanding of the Dubai property market and a proven ability to build client relationships and successfully close transactions.
The successful candidates will work with a diverse portfolio of off-plan and secondary market properties while leveraging the company’s strong developer partnerships and market presence. Key Responsibilities:
• Generate property sales and leasing opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Conduct property viewings and market presentations
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful transactions
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client networks
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through deal closure
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of Dubai real estate experience
• Proven track record in sales and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and close deals effectively
• Fluency in English is required
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
• Russian
• Chinese (Mandarin)
• French
• German
• Spanish
• Italian
• Turkish
• Arabic
• Dutch
• Portuguese
