A hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness across its hotel apartment facilities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership abilities and experience managing housekeeping teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring guest rooms and common areas meet quality standards, conducting inspections, and coordinating daily operational activities. Maintaining efficiency, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction will be key aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
• Conduct room inspections and monitor cleanliness standards throughout the property.
• Lead, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to achieve operational goals.
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties based on operational requirements.
• Ensure housekeeping procedures and quality standards are consistently followed.
• Coordinate with other departments to support guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and report inventory requirements when necessary.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor within hotel apartments or the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, room inspections, and cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage staff schedules and daily housekeeping operations effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
