AEON Clinic is seeking a highly professional Senior Guest Relations & Patient Experience Executive to join its luxury longevity and regenerative wellness clinic located at Atlantis The Royal, Dubai.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in luxury hospitality who understand the importance of discretion, personalized service, attention to detail, and creating exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on ensuring every patient receives a seamless and memorable journey from their initial inquiry through treatment and aftercare.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering premium service standards while building meaningful relationships with patients and maintaining the elevated experience expected within a world-class wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional guest and patient experiences throughout every stage of the patient journey
• Coordinate appointments, arrivals, and follow-up communications with professionalism and efficiency
• Anticipate patient needs and provide personalized support to enhance satisfaction
• Maintain the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and customer care
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support aftercare communication and ongoing patient engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private aviation, concierge services, or premium guest relations roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach
• Ability to manage high-profile clients with professionalism and discretion
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
