Role Overview

We are seeking a competitive, digitally savvy Sales Manager to accelerate properties turnover within our high-end real estate portfolio. Your primary mission is to orchestrate the end-to-end sales lifecycle of ready homes, transforming incoming inquiries into confirmed acquisitions. This position merges contemporary inbound digital marketing with high-stakes property negotiations; you will manage campaigns from online lead generation through to final property viewings and contract closures. The role calls for an outgoing, persistent relationship builder who commands the local real estate terrain and can seamlessly guide high-net-worth buyers from virtual viewings to physical ownership.

Areas of Accountability

Property Sales Execution & Target Achievement

  • Deliver targeted sales presentations and handle physical site visitations for pre-qualified buyers interested in ready homes.

  • Pitch the distinct value propositions of move-in-ready properties to maximize conversion rates and minimize listing periods.

  • Meet and exceed individual monthly individual and departmental sales benchmarks assigned by property leadership.

Digital Campaign Architecture & Lead Acquisition

  • Plan, deploy, and monitor lead-generating digital marketing campaigns across diverse online channels and search platforms.

  • Track digital traffic metrics, conversion analytics, and lead qualities to continuously refine target audiences and ad spend.

  • Convert digital interactions, web inquiries, and social media interactions into formal property viewings and phone consultations.

Client Retention & Stakeholder Networking

  • Cultivate and preserve strong, long-term partnerships with institutional investors, individual buyers, and corporate networks.

  • Provide comprehensive, expert market advisory regarding payment schedules, mortgage options, and real estate market trends.

  • Manage customer complaints, clear up contractual questions, and steer property handovers with absolute professionalism.

Market Analytics & Transaction Logging

  • Track competitor developments, changing pricing structures, and emerging buyer demands within the domestic housing segment.

  • Document all pipeline movements, client conversations, and financial commitments within internal sales logging tools.

  • Deliver organized weekly sales forecasts and marketing performance presentations to leadership.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Entry Criteria

  • Academic Foundation: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a complementary corporate field.

  • Industry Tenure: Minimum of 5 years of progressive field experience specializing in real estate sales, with an explicit track record handling ready homes.

  • Digital Toolkit: Hands-on experience structuring, launching, and managing commercial digital marketing strategies.

  • Core Competencies: Elite interpersonal communication, negotiation, and contract structuring skills suited for high-value asset buyers.
