A fast-growing international organization based in Dubai is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Executive to support its finance and operational functions. The role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and globally connected business environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting financial administration, logistics coordination, and commercial operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

This opportunity is well-suited for individuals with experience in invoice processing, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across finance and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle invoice processing and financial administrative tasks accurately

• Support import/export documentation and shipping coordination processes

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for operational efficiency

• Maintain financial records, reports, and operational tracking sheets

• Assist in budgeting, reporting, and financial documentation tasks

• Ensure smooth execution of commercial and supply chain processes

• Support data entry, Excel reporting, and operational analysis activities

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of business operations

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in administration, finance, logistics, or supply chain roles

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

• Experience in import/export or international trade is preferred

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced international business environment

• Strong knowledge of:

• Invoice processing and financial administration

• Logistics and supply chain coordination

• Import/export documentation and operational workflows

• French language skills are a plus
