Description:
A professional organization based in Dubai is seeking a Qualified Accountant to join its growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage financial processes in a structured and accurate manner.
This role is suited for individuals with solid accounting experience and professional qualifications such as ACCA or CA. The selected candidate will contribute to financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring adherence to UAE accounting and VAT regulations.
The position requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial records management
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and documentation
• Assist in financial analysis and management reporting
• Support audit processes and ensure proper financial controls
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• ACCA or CA qualification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is required
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively
• Strong knowledge of:
