Seagull Maritime is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Financial Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a strong finance professional with leadership capabilities and solid experience within the maritime, shipping, logistics, or offshore industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure financial stability across operations.
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, and compliance processes.
• Provide financial insights to support commercial and operational teams.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance systems.
• Support leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Manage, guide, and mentor the finance team.
Requirements:
• 7–10+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Experience in maritime, shipping, logistics, or offshore industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and cash flow management.
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
