A reputable educational organization in Dubai is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join its team for the upcoming academic year 2026/2027. The role is focused on providing structured learning and behavioral support to students, ensuring they receive the guidance needed to thrive academically and socially.
The ideal candidate will have specialized training in applied behavior analysis and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one and small group learning support to students as required.
• Assist in implementing behavior support plans under supervision.
• Support teachers in managing classroom activities and student engagement.
• Help students develop academic, social, and behavioral skills.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavioral observations.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and specialists to ensure consistent support strategies.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Requirements:
• Must hold valid ABAT (Applied Behavior Analysis Technician) or IBT (International Behavior Therapist) certification.
• Ability to commute reliably to Umm Suqeim 2, Al Maydar Street, Dubai.
• Availability to start in September 2026.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and supportive approach toward students.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment.
