Job Title: Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the Interior Fit-Out industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, the ability to generate new business, and maintain strong relationships with clients in the interior fit-out and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Meet potential clients to understand project requirements and present company services
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients to close deals
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain a database of potential clients and projects

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of sales experience in Interior Fit-Out / Construction / Joinery in the UAE
• Strong client network in the Dubai market is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
