Comspark Innov Infra is currently seeking a skilled and experienced System Analyst to join a leading banking environment in the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals who can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams while ensuring smooth system operations and compliance with organizational standards.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business needs, supporting system functionality, and ensuring proper governance within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear functional and system specifications
• Provide support for system operations, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Prepare detailed documentation such as functional specifications, system documents, and impact analysis reports
• Collaborate with business users, third-party vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery
• Support ITIL-based processes including incident, problem, and change management
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, and validate system enhancements
• Ensure adherence to banking security standards, policies, and audit requirements

Required Skills:
• Strong experience in system analysis or business systems analysis within enterprise environments
• Good understanding of application support, system integrations, and data flow processes
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and analyzing system issues
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities

Additional Requirements:
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE
