Job Description

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Front office management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role (preferably in a school/college).
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures and experience in scheduling appointments and visits.
  • Experience in digital Marketing, Outreach Campaigns and Social Media Management will also be an added advantage.
  • Experience in working in an education field will also be an added advantage.
  • Strong customer service skills focused on students and visitors.
  • Ability to handle student inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
  • Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
  • Time management skills and attention to detail.
