Job Description
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Front office management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role (preferably in a school/college).
- Knowledge of office administration procedures and experience in scheduling appointments and visits.
- Experience in digital Marketing, Outreach Campaigns and Social Media Management will also be an added advantage.
- Experience in working in an education field will also be an added advantage.
- Strong customer service skills focused on students and visitors.
- Ability to handle student inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
- Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
- Time management skills and attention to detail.
