Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in project planning within the UAE or GCC region
• Strong experience working on building construction projects, especially hotels and villas
• Mandatory background in a contracting company environment
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and planning
• Ability to track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely project delivery
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
