Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in building construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site execution, coordination, and compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities for building construction projects
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Manage material planning, site resources, and workforce effectively
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in building construction projects (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and authority approvals
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on residential/commercial building projects
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
