Job Description
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of sales, administration, and customer engagement, while ensuring smooth service delivery across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions (walk-ins & calls)
  • Prepare quotations and process invoices
  • Maintain accurate sales and stock records
  • Coordinate product deliveries
  • Support branch administration and reporting
  • Assist in marketing activities and in-store promotions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Customer-oriented with a warm, outgoing personality
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
