Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform order picking from various customers while following the SLA defined Metrics.
- Ensure on time picking and shipping of customers’ orders without errors.
- Ensure parts are binned correctly as guided by the operations procedures and in compliance with the client’s standards.
- Ensure zero incidences/accidents by always ensuring 100% compliance with the health and safety policies and timely reporting of any incidences/injuries on duty/near misses to the warehouse coordinator
- 100% participation in the 5S implementation and sustenance.
- 100% compliance with the housekeeping standards and SOPs.
- Any other duties assigned as per the SLA.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 1 year experience in a warehouse set up
- Experience in spare parts management is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Degree in Supply chain management
- B+ or above in KCSE
- Good verbal and written communication skills
