YAS Contracting & Maintenance LLC, a reputed building contracting company in Deira, Dubai, is looking for a professional Female Secretary / Administrative Assistant cum Accountant with UAE experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle administrative and secretarial duties
Prepare purchase order, invoices, vouchers, quotations, and maintain records
Keep track of supplier payment, update the system, VAT quarterly filing compliance with UAE
Manage emails, documentation, and office correspondence
Handle reception, procurement, track of employee attendance & other administrative work
Coordinate with suppliers
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years UAE experience in administration/secretarial or accounting role
Knowledge of accounting software and basic bookkeeping
Good knowledge of construction/contracting field preferred
Strong English communication skills ,Arabic will be a plus point (written and spoken)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
Organized, professional, and able to handle office tasks independently
Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 6,000 (based on experience)
