- Produce and present engaging radio and television programs.
- Develop program ideas and create compelling content aligned with the values and mission of Family Media.
- Plan and manage shows from concept to broadcast.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in broadcasting, media production, or presenting
- Ability to produce and manage your own programs
- Strong storytelling and communication skills

- Ability to work within a structured team under the leadership of Family
- Experience in both radio and television production is an advantage
