We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper with a valid driving license to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and assist with deliveries when required. The candidate will ensure proper storage, stock control, and timely distribution of materials while maintaining warehouse organization and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Organize and store items properly in the warehouse or store area.
- Prepare and issue materials as per delivery orders or internal requests.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales departments regarding stock availability.
- Load and unload goods when receiving or dispatching items.
- Deliver materials or products to customers or project sites when required.
- Ensure proper documentation for deliveries and returns.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.
- Valid UAE driving license
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Ability to handle physical work such as loading and unloading goods.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel or inventory systems).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations preferred
