We are currently hiring a native Hindi speaking male Office Assistant for our office in the DIFC.

The job responsibilities will include

  • To work as an Office Assistant and, follow all instructions from the CEO.
  • Effectively manage cleaning the office premises including reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and workstations.
  • Prepare and serve tea/coffee/refreshments for staff and visitors.
  • Deliver documents between offices if required.
  • Organize and restock office supplies and pantry items as needed.
  • Assist the company driver wherever needed.
