Document Controller / Project Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Document Controller / Project Coordinator to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE
- Experience in contracting, construction, or fit-out companies
- Strong knowledge of document control procedures and project coordination
- Ability to manage project documentation, drawings, and reports
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and document management systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage project documents, drawings, and correspondence
- Ensure proper document control and filing systems
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
- Track and update project documentation and approvals
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and project files
- Ensure all documents are properly distributed and archived
