FLARE EXPRESS DELIVERY Hiring POC for Amazon Warehouse

Position Title:

Warehouse POC / Operations Coordinator – Amazon

Key Responsibilities:1? Rostering & Manpower Planning

• Prepare daily/weekly rider and warehouse staff rosters
• Manage attendance, absences, and replacements
• Ensure sufficient manpower during peak hours
• Coordinate shift timings with Amazon requirements

2? Rider Handling & Fleet Coordination

• Daily briefing of riders (attendance, route allocation)
• Monitor rider performance & productivity
• Handle rider issues (late reporting, no-show, complaints)
• Coordinate bike allocation & maintenance follow-up

3? Warehouse Coordination

• Liaise with Amazon warehouse supervisors
• Ensure on-time dispatch & load management
• Track KPIs (SLA, on-time delivery, returns)
• Maintain daily reporting sheet

4? Administrative Work

• Maintain Excel sheets (attendance, payroll input, fines, incentives)
• Handle document verification (Emirates ID, visa, license)
• Report daily summary to management

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years experience in Amazon warehouse / last mile operations
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Good communication (English + Hindi/Urdu preferred)
• Able to manage 50–150 riders
• Must know Dubai locations well

Salary Range (Dubai Market – Approx.)

• AED 2500-3500 depending on experience

• Incentive based on performance
