Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
• Hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field depending on the role.
• Have relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or production environments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of machine operation, production processes, and quality control standards.
• Possess good problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Be familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards in pharmaceutical production.
• Production Manager roles require leadership experience, production planning skills, and the ability to manage manufacturing teams and processes.
