We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant at Footprint Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic real estate team. Candidates must have proven experience in real estate administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
Maintain property files, contracts, and client records.
Coordinate listings, marketing activities, and CRM/database management.
Handle client inquiries professionally and promptly.
Support office operations and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Coordinate with agents, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in the real estate industry
Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
