Joint Star International is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fit-Out Manager to join its team in Dubai. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing high-end interior fit-out projects, ensuring that all work is delivered with precision, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. The position requires close coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to guarantee that project execution aligns with approved designs, technical specifications, and timelines.

As a Fit-Out Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of interior construction projects, ensuring smooth transitions from shell-and-core stages to final finishing and handover. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving project challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects from planning and execution to final handover
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project implementation
• Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to maintain efficient project delivery
• Supervising site execution and providing technical guidance to teams handling MEP works and architectural finishes
• Conducting regular site inspections to verify that work complies with approved shop drawings and project specifications
• Preparing progress reports and presenting updates during project meetings with stakeholders
• Addressing technical or operational challenges and implementing effective solutions
• Ensuring strict adherence to UAE safety regulations and quality management procedures throughout the project

The ideal candidate should have proven experience working with interior fit-out contractors or specialized construction firms. Strong technical knowledge of interior finishing materials, construction methods, and project coordination is essential.
