Description:
A construction and contracting company in the UAE is currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the roles of Timekeeper and Senior Timekeeper. These positions are essential for managing workforce attendance records, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring accurate reporting for payroll and manpower management across project sites.

The company is looking for responsible individuals who can maintain accurate timekeeping records, support HR and payroll teams, and ensure proper coordination between site supervisors and administrative departments. Candidates with previous experience in construction or contracting environments will be highly preferred.

Timekeeper – Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain timesheets for site laborers and staff members
• Monitor and record daily attendance of workers at construction sites
• Coordinate with site supervisors to verify attendance records and working hours
• Maintain organized and accurate records of manpower working hours
• Prepare simple attendance reports and share them with HR and payroll teams
• Assist in collecting and maintaining manpower data for reporting purposes

Timekeeper – Requirements:
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in construction or contracting companies
• Practical knowledge of timesheet preparation and manpower attendance monitoring
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with site supervisors and HR teams
• Currently based in the UAE and available to join the role
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference

Senior Timekeeper – Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage timekeeping operations across multiple project sites
• Maintain and review attendance records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Handle payroll-related inputs including overtime calculations and manpower reporting
• Coordinate with site supervisors, HR teams, and payroll departments for accurate data submission
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations regarding working hours and attendance records
• Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and analysis related to manpower and attendance

Senior Timekeeper – Requirements:
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction or contracting industry
• Strong experience in managing attendance records for multiple construction sites
• Expertise in payroll inputs, overtime calculations, and manpower reporting
• Good understanding of labor laws and coordination with project teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills
• Currently based in the UAE and available to join
• Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
