Oia Properties is currently looking to hire an experienced Leasing Specialist to join its Abu Dhabi team. This role is ideal for a motivated real estate professional who understands the local market and has hands-on experience managing property leasing operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in attracting tenants and ensuring smooth leasing procedures from start to finish.

The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all leasing activities, implementing effective tenant acquisition strategies, and maximizing occupancy rates across residential or commercial properties. The role involves conducting professional property viewings, presenting units to prospective tenants, and clearly explaining terms, pricing, and property features.

In addition, the candidate will prepare and manage lease agreements, ensuring all documentation complies with UAE real estate regulations and company policies. Coordinating between landlords and tenants will be a core part of the role, ensuring seamless move-in and move-out processes while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintaining an organized and updated database of available units, leads, and tenant records is also essential.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and demonstrate proven leasing experience within the UAE real estate market. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with attention to detail and the ability to handle documentation accurately. Analytical skills to assess rental trends, market demand, and competitive pricing will be highly valued.
