We are looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor with a strong background in Event / Theme Production Company to join our team in Dubai.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Supervise Warehouse/site activities and manpower during event setup and dismantling

• Coordinate with production, fabrication, and installation teams

• Ensure work is completed as per timeline, and safety standards

• Handle on-site problem solving and reporting to project manager

• Maintain quality control and smooth workflow on the floor

 

Requirements:

 

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in event or theme production company

• Strong knowledge of exhibition stands, theme parks, events setup, or decorative production

• Ability to manage workers and subcontractors

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 Location: Dubai
