Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage store sales performance and profitability
- Bachelors Degree in any business related to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and stable stock availability.
- Drive store traffic and customer acquisition through digital marketing channels such as SEO and social media
- Coordinate and execute e-marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support daily order processing and handle after-sales applications and customer issues.
- Manage store operational tasks including campaign participation, inventory counts, and pricing updates.
- Verify vendor payment amounts and support vendor reconciliation processes.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth store operations.
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel is a must). 3. Ability to match supply and demand to optimize sales and inventory.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and traffic growth strategies.
- Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- Experience in Home Appliances, Home Furnishings, or Beauty Products will be an added advantage (depending on the store assignment).
