Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage store sales performance and profitability
  • Bachelors Degree in any business related to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and stable stock availability.
  • Drive store traffic and customer acquisition through digital marketing channels such as SEO and social media
  • Coordinate and execute e-marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Support daily order processing and handle after-sales applications and customer issues.
  • Manage store operational tasks including campaign participation, inventory counts, and pricing updates.
  • Verify vendor payment amounts and support vendor reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth store operations.
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel is a must). 3. Ability to match supply and demand to optimize sales and inventory.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition and traffic growth strategies.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in Home Appliances, Home Furnishings, or Beauty Products will be an added advantage (depending on the store assignment).
