Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional with a background in Banking/NBFC/Financial Services to join our team in Dubai.

– Banking | Dubai

Key Requirements:

2–5 years of HR Operations experience

 UAE experience mandatory

 Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law

Advanced Excel skills

Experience managing onboarding, confirmations, transfers & exit processes

Maintaining HRMS and employee records
