HR Officer – Healthcare

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer to join our healthcare team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare HR and hands-on experience managing day-to-day HR operations within a hospital or clinical environment.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can effectively support recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, company policies, and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily HR operations within the organization
• Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee files
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary matters
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations
• Prepare HR reports and assist with internal and external audits
• Make HR Memos and policy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and UAE labor laws
• Proven experience in recruiting healthcare professionals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)
• Experience in international or remote healthcare operations
